I’m Diana Bocskai — an executive consultant, career coach, and leadership development expert with a passion for guiding individuals and teams through growth, transitions, and transformation.
With a Master's in Social Psychology, a systemic coaching background, and over two decades of international experience, I’ve supported professionals from early career to executive level. I specialize in career transitions, leadership coaching, team dynamics, and cultural adaptation. Currently based in Zurich, Switzerland, I lead strategic consulting and coaching programms.
As the founder of BesiDe Coaching, and co-founder of the Hungarian Leadership Circle, my mission is to empower growth — with empathy, trust, and real results.
